Use the email you signed in with. We’ll send a confirmation link to your account’s email — nothing is deleted until you open it.
Check your email
If an account matches the details you entered, we’ve sent a confirmation link to its email address. Open it within 24 hours to finish deleting your account.
Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder. If you signed up with a phone number only, our support team will review your request and contact you.

This removes your profile, medicines, reminder history, prescription uploads and family connections. You won’t be able to sign in with this account again.
